    I got the same Steve after running, and get it now after being sat at the football. I try and stretch my leg out, and rubbed Voltrol on it. Plenty of rest

    Cheers Nozzer. I'm not the fittest of blokes but I go on the exercise bike three or four times a week (half hour). I think that I might of strained my medial ligament after looking it up on google.

    A bit of rest this weekend and see how it feels on Monday. Like I said, it isn't bad pain, more of a nuisance.

    The magic words “exercise bike” inside of the right leg... just how I got it.! Lost 3 stone using that and a few healthy eating choices without having to cut down on the beer!!!
    But the swollen leg muscle was the price to pay

    In A and E this morning lads. Pain got worse last night n' calf started to swell up too. Couldn't lie down on it. Straightening it cause absolute agony. Could av' cried wi 't pain. Had sweats aswell. Laura had to put my socks pants trousers n' shoes on for me bless her. Cant lift my leg up more than 6 inches. I'll let you know how I get on

    Thaz got gout in knee.

    Not gout. Didn't even do a blood test Colliers and the pain is constant with gout. I know because I suffer with that in my ankles. It turned out to be a strained medial ligament. Rest and keep it moving,

    If tha googles "miner's beat knee" thuz a few solicitors fishing fo compo claims. Caused by repetitive work in tight spaces
