As far as I can remember this season, the same has also happened at all our away games that I've been to. Probably a Football League instruction - it seems to be a routine thing.

Also to the PA guy, must you read the opposition team out pre match with such vigour? At away grounds our team is usually mumbled out, if read out at all, and I'm sure they deliberately miss-pronounce player names.
