Tries as I might to understand your point, I can’t see how an authoritarian party control, say, Barclays Bank Plc or JCB or how they are part of the State’s lucre. Indeed the markets have reacted very badly to Truss and her bizarre ideas, and hopefully will cause her resignation.

As Lord Hill, former Governor of the Bank of England wrote - Governments do not control the economy, they can only create an environment that enables the economy to thrive or die, as the case may be, as ably demonstrated by the Labour Government of the 1970’s and Truss’s current Government.
All any government has to do is throw a fizz ball like Truss and Quasi Modo did and Barclays Bank has to raise interest rates and JCB find importing parts are suddenly 20% more expensive.

The Toxic party have now discovered two loose cannons can bring the whole rotten edifice crashing down and I'm suddenly being asked to help out with my son's home buying project.

I have taken interest in your posts which in the main I find quite intelligent and thought provoking, but I had not suspected a degree of naivety before.

The economy would be managed and controlled by the proletariat themselves through communes or councils, a bit like how Balan lives and operates.

Balan: '' I'm alright Jack its the others outside in towns, cities I worry about !!''

But really, in a Kibbutz, so long as you have a good manufacturing business, ( we manufacture cardboard ,plus we own a factory somewhere else near the Negev desert, and some storage unit for our Cardboard also in the south ,plus 50 % share, in some Kibbutz Cardboard factory in the North.
( I can say as yet , ''no worries !'' ) In the Kibbutz we have orchards, ,fish pools, cattle sheds (some 700 cows ).a garden Nursery, Health clinics, an engineering facility, all's well!
