Thank you for bringing into focus the issue.

PI don't think there is anything sinister in the way the new Dee4life directors are acting. The mood of the AGM was much more pro direct action and taking a more aggressive approach to dealing with the DFC board. You are right in saying that they have not followed the courses of action with any obvious demonstration of the frustration that was expressed at the AGM.
I think they are trying to achieve what the people at the AGM wanted, namely the appointment of the primary DFC board representative and answers to questions about the ownership of Dens.

I think they are as well but it's a slow boat to China when it was agreed that time was pressing at AGM and another route was to be followed.

As I have said I'm sick to death over the last decade of watching various organisations try and cozy up to the man only to be left high and dry when he feels the slightest bit cornered or he's asked difficult questions or he's took the huff over some perceived wrong that someone has did.

My goodwill toward him ran out years ago as error upon error and slight upon slight piled up on our support by the decisions he made.

And there's still been no explanation from D4L why they changed direction.

I imagine the next AGM will be lively.

My advocacy of patience is based on the expectation that Dee4life will indeed step up to the plate when it becomes irrefutable that there will need to be a plan B. The bigger Dee4life can grow the better,imo.

They need to tell the Dee4life members exactly what they have done since the AGM in November 2022 regarding getting their primary representative elected on to the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors and when their primary representative is going to be elected under the entrenched rights of the A shares.
There is no point having a Dee4life Director of Communications if he will not communicate with the Dee4life members.
Putting out a monthly newsletter which contains a lot of Guff is no use.

You can characterise the Dee4life approach as kicking the can down the road. I don't think they are the ones kicking the can down the road. I think they are bringing the matter to the DFC Board which is the exact opposite of your characterisation.
It isn't time wasting, imo, it's building a basis for supporting their claims.

Unlike you I know that the Dee4life board of directors have been kicking the can down the road since the middle of January 2023.
That is why I resigned as a director of Dee4life.

On Wednesday 29th March 2023 Dee4life Director Kenny Valentine handed over the results of the latest Dee4life survey which was completed by 200 out of 444 members to Greg Fenton General Manager of Dundee Football Club.
Included were the four most asked questions by members regarding Dundee Football Club.
Now over three weeks later the Dee4life members have not received details of the answers from Greg Fenton.
It cannot be too difficult to promptly answer these questions unless Greg Fenton has been getting lessons from his boss how to avoid and delay answering questions that he does not like answering.

This is why it's imperative that Dee4L get someone on the board with direct access to John Nelms. It's easy for John Nelms to tell Greg Fenton just to ignore the questions, and for Greg Fenton to simply not bother getting back to Kenny Valentine it's much harder for John Nelms himself to simply ignore the questions when raised by a nominated member of the board direct to his face.

John Nelms tried this approach with the last Dee4Life nominated board member when he tried to tell him Jim Thomson would be his focal point for everything. That person simply ignored that and went direct to John Nelms.
