1st half I thought was rubbish, I sat there thinking yes we’re out to Morecambe again.

Thank god the 2nd half improved and we won on penalties so I’m now looking forward to Saturday just

Thought Phillips could’ve done better but one on one you expect a goal, I think after a few games he’ll improve. He did well with the penalties though

Morrison was ok but he does look slow at times but he’ll be in starting lineup
McCart was motm imo but he’ll go out on loan
Kayode did ok and MT is giving him his chance so good luck to him and hopefully it works out
Lembikisa does look a bit lightweight but he can cross and has a bit of running skill
Wiles was ok but 100% was fouled and it’s a yellow card but ref didn’t want to know, hopefully he’s ok for Saturday but won’t be surprised if he’s not credit to ref though on only giving 2 yellow cards out and not 10.
Rest were ok, nothing to shout about and some beaut penalties

One thing that’s a concern imo, over hitting the balls, we’ve got to do better with that and then we might start banging them in

    Onto next

I saw a brief clip of Morrison in the friendly at Mansfield and my immediate thought was his movement looked awful. I didn't give it too much importance because it was only a 5 second clip but it's interesting what people are saying now.

It’s a farce letting 4 subs on at a time, the 4th official takes ages and that’s why we end up with 6 mins extra time

I did see a player tempted to kick ball but thought otherwise so the rule is working but still common sense is sometimes needed especially in the start of season

Should have yellow cards for supporters who go to the toilet 3 times each half. Then late back to seats for second half. 😡

We need a forward in then who can start. Kelly & Kayode couldn't trouble Morecambe so no chance in the championship.

I dont notice too much where I normally sit apart from nearing full time when some decide to go when we’re on attack but last night it was like a conveyor belt but most were youngsters

Poor game, especially first half, Philips got caught in 2 minds for the goal, but 2 great penalty saves.
Ollie and Cam did well, McCart did nothing wrong, would be worth hanging on to him,at least he's not injured every five minutes.
For a Prem player, Dexter seems strangly lacking in confidence, unless he's not very good.
As an attacking force we are pretty hopeless at the minute, Taylor needs to find a way us threatening teams, quickly.
In the next round, not often you can say that.

I had to laugh when we did the 3 subs. Announcer had read the names out before the 4th official could put the numbers up on the board and I'm sure he only did it for 2 players.

Something else that annoyed me. Rathbone took a quick freekick (prob 10 yards from the incident) and played it backwards to Humphreys. Ref blew and said no take it from here. Which was about 5 yards from where he took the first freekick.
Players get pulled for time wasting. What about the ref.
