What do you mean if? No I won't invest in the football club in its current state and Mrs. CA wouldn't let me anyway

Is that the Tony Stewart whose judgement is constantly questioned and doubted on here?

    Are we back in court?

The point is, it ain't all that bad to own a football club if you're still in charge after how long?

It's not a court. It's a message board. It's permissible to ask questions. You have to expect it if you post.

Train sets are fun for a while, although I expect the novelty wears off, particularly when fans become impatient and critical when their expectations aren't met.

And there's also the difficulty of offloading a club given the dearth of potential 'investors'.

Well it's a bloody good train set he bought ......and like I say long may it keep on running but, it's going to need a big service sooner or later and let's hope enough tickets have been sold for it to be carried out to keep it running!

I have personally raised the plaudits by the gross to Tony Stewart over the years but for me, they stop now as we are going nowhere. I'm not calling him out to sell up and leave but, to 'see the light' and allow other investors in, like some have tried before only to be rebuffed. It's not healthy and there's only one winner out of all of this and fans deserve better.
I honestly don't think TS will ever let other investors in as that would potentially dilute his overall control which is not a palatable situation for an autocrat.
He may consider selling up altogether if he's getting tired of going round in ever-decreasing circles (isn't he in his late 70s now?) but it's highly unlikely that any prospective buyer will meet his asking price unless they've got a lot more money than sense.
    Stagnation r us ☹️

If your net worth was nine figures, your age fast approaching 80, would you? Would it need to be an investment where ROI was a key decision point?

Yet by our fans reckoning, we are in turmoil and when we played them, they made us like like Barcelona. Shame we still lost eh?

Looking at investors who could pump money into the club.

I wonder if a big Funeral Director would be interested, they could inter money into
the club, fill the Millers Coffin's [coffer's] with money.
Cook the books at the Crematorium, give the club the last Rites when relegated.
