What's it like there now at this time of year? When we went it was fairly quiet.

Was an experience though, older couple we met at hotel, bumped into a few times on the beach which was awkward, we were quite a bit younger than we are now, still not sure I want to see my drinking friends meat and 2 veg mind ha.

So, you went to THAT beach. We like Corralejo. First went in 1997 with the kids for half a dozen years or so. Then did the Spanish and Greek islands. Since 2016, we've been going back at least twice a year. Been 4 times in the past 13 months. We know a fair few people who live there and it's, for us anyway, always a slow week, whatever time of the year. Apartment, make our own breakfast, off to the beach, swim a bit, sunbathe a bit, lunch at a beach cafe, back to the beach, swim some more, sunbathe some more, back to the apartment, drinks on the sea view balcony/terrace, shower, Dinner, bar or live music place, back to bed... repeat. Batteries duly charged and back home after a week. Some people like other types of holidays but we love our frequent recharge weeks.

It was still lively this past week but not as busy as June to September and the school holiday periods.
