Got to say that’s the best I’ve felt walking away from the NYS in a long while not just because we won but the manner of it couldn’t name a mom there were great performances all over the park putting Cam in midfield was a master stroke thought not totally surprising I don’t know how it will work now McWilliams is out such a shame if it’s Kelly will that upset the dynamic in midfield? Bramall came on and did a great job
As regards up front we now have 3 who are very mobile Green Nombe and Wilkes, got to admit I’m not Wilkes biggest fan but to me he seems a lot better as an striker than sticking him on wing he and Green were unplayable today
We desperately need some bodies in now midfield especially

Delightful to leave the NYS with a big grin, especially after spanking BW last Satdi.

Avoid injuries, sign some decent back up players and the play-offs beckon.

That was brilliant , 4-2 did flatter Charlton we could easily have had several more. Everyone played their part today , no weak links , everyone on the same page, playing for each other , even the north stand joined in with the best noise this season which helped to put the pressure on the poor Charlton defenders who had a torrid afternoon.
I can?t pick a mom, they were all brilliant , I also won?t criticise Bramall, he tried the turn because he has his confidence back, yes it lead to their goal and he was mad with himself but only a few weeks ago he would have just taken the safe option and passed it back or sideways. Also a brief mention for McDonald who has been made fun of in here but he was excellent today and was still sprinting to make an overlap at 80 mins. He can also whip a cross in better than anyone in the side.
Let?s hope they all keep healthy and are still with us at the end of the window UTM

Wilkes. Yes he is a tad selfish but Charlton's goons couldn't cope with him.Rafferty. Didn't put a foot wrong. But really I could name everyone who wore our red shirt with pride and commitment today. I thought we might miss Nombe's running but Green stepped up. Something miraculous has happened
    Miraculous my arris.

Evans has been forced when we were on our knees to play different people and system.
Both long overdue and the same people who were moaning about him are now praising him as if it has been by design and he is some tactical man manager genius.
Evans has wasted half a season when everyone could see what was wrong.
He is a big headed so and so and will never change.

Lets not forget that Hungbo in his last game he had him start on the left where he should be but never never got the ball.
All play went down the right side. 15 in and the great tactical genius switches him and nombe over on the right.
Then suddenly all play goes down the left. Utter waste of a player and a match proven best crosser of the ball at that time. Ten mins in the sec period he subs him.

Full of admiration for the players who have stuck at it with those two idiots in charge. It is the players who now deserve all the credit in the last 4 league games. Not the twosome.

Well that was more like it.
A good team performance, everyone battling, winning second balls and playing some nice football at times but we have to keep things in perspective because Charlton were quite poor and not helped by a dodgy goalkeeper.
Actually this doesn't seem to be a particularly strong division at all so, if we can avoid injuries and bring in a few new recruits to strengthen the squad, the play offs might not be out of reach.
As others have said there were several really good performances this afternoon but I thought Joe Powell was superb and is really showing his class now he has a decent combination of midfielders alongside him.
I'm still baffled why it took so long for SE to realise that Humphreys has all the attributes to play as a quality defensive midfielder because a lot of supporters had been saying it would be his best position for a long time.
Who knows where we would have been if this team had been assembled much earlier in the season.
Oh well, onwards and upwards hopefully.

McWilliams will be a massive loss. Played a part in the first 2 goals.
Think a few of you thought I had lost my marbles when I said Evans should be starting this lad. His movement off the ball is the best we have. He's always available for the ball and has a great engine. Never going to be that star player but always a solid 7/10.
    Hope he's not out long

Bit harsh blaming Evans for not putting cam in DM when he's played for man city, a club in Begium, a club in Holland and under 3 Rotherham managers and always played at CB. Plus for the first 10 games he was sh?t and nowhere near playing to his ability's. I get why folk blame Evans for playing hugill and jch. Or even playing CM as wide players but cam at CB should be a class above in this league

I was looking forward to this game but I was also worried that it could be a bad day.

When Nombe was not in the squad I was wondering where the energy would come from.

To a man each gave their all!

I?m proud of the team for the first time this season. I found myself involuntary cheering like yesteryear.

I still think that the playoffs are possible!

    Well done everyone
