George Abbot seems wise beyond his years but that doesn't mean they all are.
If we can find someone to help him keep his head in the right place the radar could have it's biggest success yet.

In a different way, the off-field stuff could be dragging on Traore's progress. With his background, English could well be his 4th or 5th language. Hopefully it's just a matter of time but obviously this season we've run out of that.
If a young player like Jarvis cannot learn and take succur from the older players like Didsy Matty Palmer,Slocombe they really cannot have the right mindset to be a pro footballer.

Let's hope Durham's opinion on Traore is as accurate as his donkey/cart Horse one for Mcgoldrick !!?
He was poor last season, that is what i based my opinion on. Some of it could have been down to Williams in the way he had instructed players not to do certain things..

He told McGoldrick not to shoot from outside the box. Idiocy.

I am more worried about who our opponents might be.
Bradford, Walsall and Grimsby would be good.
    Wimbledon, Colchester and Salford bad.
    IMO of course.
I don't feel like that this time. When we were last in this position in 2017/18 there was a fierce debate on here about our play-off opponents.
We finished 5th and landed Coventry away first, not a good outcome as we know.

This time I don't care who we face if we get in. Nobody scares you. We can beat all of them and all of them can beat us. If we perform to our very best, we'll be alright, so you could say it'd be in our hands. Unlike the Coventry tie, I would prefer to be at home first leg though

No other team would scare me, but the thought of similar officials would.

Their incompetence handed Coventry a 3 goal advantage.

We'll probably get James Durkin this time

I'm not sure that excuse covers it.you could always tell he was a class above with his intelligent play.

Our biggest problem is a shortage of players who can actually stick the ball in the back of the net. For that reason, I do believe we need to make better use of Whitaker.
