Got to the private hospital in Athens Monday night. Had a procedure yesterday and they want to do about more invasive one now. Was very stressful last night as I keep saying I want to check with my consultant at home who knows my history.

They got me to try and ring him then hovered around me. I couldn't get through as was 6pm uk time. It does feel a pressured environment to say yes.

Have emailed him the information, I could do with him speaking with them, he's greek himself which should help. I just want to get home , I feel fine now I just want to go home and then pick up with him when home.

Insurance are looking at that option, and the ICU Dr here visited me after saying his opinion is its not urgent and should look to go home too.

Going to be a long day I think.
