As someone that has just sat and not committed to any pro or anti Matty camp, always just thinking that it's a new manager with very injury hit squad, I've seen flickerings of where he wants to take us for a while and remained cautiously optimistic. But at the same time, as a lifelong miller, always expecting the worst! So I'm really pleased with today's showing, a huge effort from the lads sans all recognised centre halfs(but now seem to have def gained another!) and also missing the best player from last few games in Spence.

Huge workrate, and some lovely interplay at times. The team really working as a great unit to not give the imps much of a look in, and some very well taken goals to boot.

Still a long way to go. A long way. But signs of a positive rebuild and regaining our club identity (whatever that means!) so sinking some nice beers tonight en route to Kate Bush (tribute!) gig.

    Up the Millers!

Not really ibs, that could have been asked on this same topic as it's all about today's performance hence why I've moved your post pal.

He has had plenty of praise and rightly so he’s doing a good job.
Agree with pocket though some of the reaction to him being criticised is cult like.
    It really is pathetic.
This site is becoming like everything else I would say woke like.

That was an excellent performance, some great individual performances as well. Young Douglas has earned that shirt against some of the tallest players in the league. James and rafferty outstanding as were Powell, gore and McWilliams. Martha was a lot better and his arguments with their no24 were amusing. Nombe chased everything and a big praise to Dawson for coming off his line and that great save at 2-0 and of course Hugill, a good performance by him. Only player I thought was below par was Hall but he scored a good goal. That is the Rotherham we want to see and there will be a few on the injury list wondering if they can get a shirt. Why was agbaire taken off the subs bench?

A proper game of football. Credit to the Imps - they had the majority of possession but squandered their chances.

Three lovely goals, with Martha's obviously straight off the training pitch.

A joy to watch. Don't wanna jinx the lads but if we can perform anything like this for the rest of the season it's play-offs here we come.

BONT I don?t think it?s woke per say, it?s just people are willing to give Hammy more slack and are willing to be more patient than they were with Evans (rightly or wrongly) he?s certainly not above criticism, but he needs time and when people critise I think this comes out in defence of this and comes across as he can?t do anything wrong, it?s not helped by certain posters who seem or have it in for Hammy and will stir it when ever they can. Any way, let?s enjoy today?s result.

Just looked at the bench Duncan should have been on as cover at centre back. Ayres took Agbaire his place. Be brave MH he should be on it for Sherif everytime. Couldn't see point of having J Holmes & Kaleta both on it.

    Are you ok?

You keep repeating that this forum is an echo chamber which is hilariously ironic.

What the feck does woke even mean?

You called me a lefty a few weeks ago despite me never having voted for anyone on the left in my life because I mentioned Israel wasn?t in Europe.
    It still isn?t.

Just smile sweetheart. It?s Saturday, have a beer and a lollipop,
Get a fish tank. I hear they are very relaxing.

I?m off for a gender neutral bowl of tofu and listen to some Billy Bragg.

Know but you should cover all eventualities if possible.
