It was far from his best game, but at least he tried things.

I thought you were a regular moaner about playing safe balls in our half!

I thought rather than showboating they were trying to make things happen. There were a couple of times when I thought Didzy, in particular, made a pass / flick on expecting someone to be in the space or moving into the space, but they weren't. Is this Didzy, or Jones / Crowley's (who I think it was that he was expecting to be there) fault, or just a function of a new manager tweaking systems and patterns. I suspect it's the latter as everything seemed slightly hesitant.

Just seen that Ali Al-Hamadi has gone from Wimbledon to Ipswitch for £2m but close to £3m with add-ons. 17 goals this season, surely that will affect their play-off push.

Langstaff must be worth at least £3m then?

Already played for two clubs, Dallas's only options were to try getting on at Barnsley or go non league

But it's a mistake. I think he was trying to say you would complement Eeyore, or a sour grape, and I don't think that's much of a compliment but if the cap fits ....

Is that from a trustworthy sauce? I really hope it's true. Or that we get £2.5m for him. Either way would be decent business.
