Report coming in that a current anti-influenza drug has been found to be active against the corona virus. Not particularly unusual for an anti-viral drug to be active against more than one type of virus, although degree of effectiveness usually varies. This is an alternative approach to vaccination, and can be used to treat people who already have the virus. Let's hope that this report is confirmed as correct.

Linky mikemiller?
Don't know how to put links up. Guardian newspaper website "Japanese anti-flu....". Drug has only been used as a "last resort" and hasn't been through full clinical trials yet, but some success is being claimed.
Additional - yes, that is the report
On a lighter note - just been to Tesco and nobody seems to be panic buying beer and lager

Been reading where a Bristol Gin distillery is making sanitiser gel, giving it to residents in the area, asking for a charity donation for it, also its said even hospitals have been in touch with the firm, to get the gel.
