Look at that menu, Wang, the choices are superb.

    DHABBA MURG KHASIAT
A spicy chicken tikka dish in smooth sauce of onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic.

    B***A GOSHT
Boneless lamb pieces sautA?ed in a thick sauce of caramelised onions and aromatic spices.

    DARIYA KE RATAN
A mixed tandoori seafood platter of salmon tikka, monkfish tikka and king prawns flavoured with saffron.

    MURG PALAKDAAR
C***ks of chicken breast simmered in a smooth medium sauce of fresh spinach and butter, finished with a touch of cream.

That's the four I would order if I was in tonight, Wang.

I'm not too fussed on seafood to be honest but can certainly handle the other stuff you're gonna order.

We should go there when you meet my mum and dad.

TThats the sauce done so will let the chicken marnate a few hours longer before cooking it. The sauce packs a fair punch and has a **** load of garlic but added those wee green chillis anyway. Certainly looking good so far

What spices are you using, fremsley, as the base for your sauce. What chilli paste are you using?
