Agree with much of that, leeds. Totally agree that Tony Stewart having screwed up more times than I care to remember should now leave Jackett to get on with it. Give him at least 3 seasons and back him with some money. Oh, yes, and please stop giving interviews.

Still some work to be done but I'm sure Jackett will sort that out.
Not sure if Blackstock should have started, didn't think he did must tbh apart from trying to manhandle their players, I hope he is still getting fit and that's not all he has to offer.
Newell hasn't been the same since coming back, let's hope that's just down to his fitness levels, even thought he looked tired I would have took Blackstock off before Newell.
Brown just looked like a kid skipping about, what's happened to him?
Camp in the first half was panicking a bit by the looks, why was he waiting for the bounce before grabbing the ball? 2nd half he played better and great penalty save.
Forde came on and had a good game, he should be starting games
I just can't warm to Halford but it he wasn't to bad running along with their players

Not the best game I've seen at NYS this season tbh but I'm more confident with Jackett in charge

Timbertop at last thanks for mentioning Belaid, agree lets get him in for Mattock.

Millertop wake up. Halford after Wood was our best player. Forde league 1 player.

Vaulks is the player who should have come on.

Get a striker in, play 1 up front. Give defence some cover with Halford & Vaulks there. D Ward on the left, Frecks or Newell to complete the midfield.

I don't suppose for a second that anyone would agree with me that the Newcastle game at the NYS this year was a cracking match - and we scared Newcastle to death - prompting statements from Newcastle players and the manager stating the match was tougher than the Norwich game !

    YES / NO.....?

And that's with a rubbish manager and Sunday league players - and a stupid chairman.....imagine how we would play leaving that manager for 3 years...

It was a game of quality where the players were getting to grips with the systems the more intelligent teams play.

If AS was the manager against Reading the points would have been ours !

Wardy had more success upfront against Newcastle than two forwards had against Reading "chasing down" the ball like headless chickens. So much for 4 4 2 against quality teams....bye the way - Brown trains with Chelsea....he knows at that level - chasing the ball is futile !

But how many on here want to see 2 players chasing shadows - like they did against Reading...lol

Wardy - with Brown in support with other midfielders counter attacking had far more success....We scored the perfect counter attacking goal v Huddersfield

There is no subtlety on this site - the MILLWALL Dicko stealer will send us down playing football like a toe to toe boxer v Tyson - NOT a good idea !

Sunday league tactics that satisfies the less informed majority of fans on here.

We are in the big boys league and AS was getting there - barring individual player mistakes - and he was weeding the bad apples out....Halford causing two goals v Birmingham.

Some fans are happy now - the manager waves to them......and that just about sums some of them up !

Yes I'm happy we know have a manger that show passion, it rubs off on the players and gets the fans behind them.
Yes we played better against Newcastle but this is about the Millers v Royals game in case you missed the title.
You mentioned stats like I have in previous games, it doesn't make any difference who had control off the ball more as long as the balls in the net, if you want to look at goals on target then you will find we came out on top but didn't score they did.

Are you on a wind up or didn't you go to the game?

Newcastle didn't get out of 2nd gear to beat us.

We conceded midfield yesterday that's what's cost us.

Keep saying this need Halford & Vaulks in front of the defence. Taylor on the right, D Ward on the left. Frecks or Newell attaching midfield player. Need a new striker in. Blackstock & Brown not for a struggling side. What's Ball done wrong? he's our player. Fry? A fit Belaid at left back as well.

"Deluded" is a word commonly used on this site....

I'll add "Selective memory" & "Stupidity"

These are good words and phrases to use in the future....

Possession was God not long ago !

Possession wasn't a problem under AS as we played the counter attacking game - scoring a perfect conter attacking goal v Huddersfield

    In a game using 4 4 2 - possession becomes a problem.....

God - has anyone on here ever gone a FA coaching course - played - managed a team at all.....apart from with your thumbs....

Well - someone get on Halfords attributes and adjust his decision making as he alone cost us the points v Birmingham and AS paid the price....

Halford was on the bench for that game AS had made a good call but injury got him onto the pitch.....

The MILLWALL Dicko steeler is OK is he because he waves.....we'll be fine....

The big difference yesterday was the substitution made by Reading manager Stam, he saw the Millers were running the show for the first 20 minutes, so he brought on McShane, who made the difference, he controlled the Reading back line & covered a lot of ground for the Royals, the Millers could not match his display. Then he scores the winner.

Welcome return for Wood, why Stubbs could not see that this player needed to be in the back line is beyond reason, what I didn't like was Mattock getting pulled in towards the area all the time in defence, thus giving Reading a lot of room on the right hand side. Also we gave up in midfield, giving the Royals room to run the game, thought Taylor was very poor on the flank.
