That was 2 points lost.
That was also the players, can't blame Eddie for that.
His subs were on point and bringing Schar on in dying minutes 99% of time sees the game out.
What a ****ing balls up - massive loss of 2 points. They were utter ****e and we should have had it burried before half-time.
Well, that was sh*t.
Pretty shite second half.
2 points thrown away...and in a gutting manner.
Devastating
And may be im looking for a scape goat, but i think Id rather have Almiron than Elanga.
Right before their second he was just running away from the ball that earned them the corner.
Came down too easily on that through ball
And in dying minutes instead of doing something just played it back to Tino who ran his socks off for 100 minutes
Forest must be p!ssing themselves laughing every time they do business with us
Looking back, we played quite well and were unlucky not to win but still, its alarming that when Spurs needed a goal they just came and got one and we seemed to shrink back towards our goal both times we took the lead. Not acceptable at home.
Agree with the comments on Elanga but I still think hell come good. Murphy seemed to just give up when he lost the ball on at least 2 occasions which was uncharacteristic.
One of those games where things just didnt fall right for us.
I'm rooting and hoping for Elanga all the way, but there's only so much a manager can do. And you can only blame it on (lack of) confidence for so long. I'm starting to think he might have had a one-off wonder season at Forest.
BUT I'm ready to proved wrong, even if it takes a full season to get him going!
We still haven't learned how to kill off a game, we score then ease off the gas. Totally tired of it now.
Not only that, but we're the worst in the league at it.
We've lost 11 points from winning positions this season. Teams will stop worrying if we score first because they know we'll drop off them and allow them back into the game.
We needed to do last night, what we did against Everton.
