I agree blood them slowly but we're at home with a 5 goal margin. . . I don't see how we can say much safer, slower blooding.

Maybe we just start one of them then - Alex Murphy as he has most time already and then bring on Neave/Shahar at HT.

I think they are going to go for it! Hell for leather. The people of Qarabag are a people who have been in a warzone for generations, I don't see them turning up and giving up.
