What concerns me is that if it goes on in court will drag on indefinitely there with a pantomime where Nelms and Doncaster attend as witnesses. Who knows the outcome.

If it goes to SFA then hearts would presumably then if they lose go to court of arbitration for sport like Man City in champions league appeal

This could go on a long time

What needs to be decided is that this is a compo claim and for hearts to stop saying they will block promotion

I also cant understand why our legal system can allow clubs to be drawn into this. utd, raith and cove should not be in anyway defending themselves here. If this goes to court (and if it does that in itself should be challenged as its an sfa matter) will we be drawn in to that stage too. What do we have to defend - being top of the championship, voting, being of catholic origin?? Rather than seek damages or prevention of demotion hearts and thistle have attacked 3 member clubs to say we shouldnt be promoted. Unreal isnt it. Chuck the cvnts out both of them.

Saw a tweet: "First ruling of the court hearing is to reject the petition from Cove, Dundee Utd and Raith Rovers to dismiss the case."

i think this is to be expected. so the case is not being 'thrown out' but i think we should hope that he says its not an issue for the court - but the SFA
