    re: Queens Trust

scooby blue - as it is on this thread just wondering if you are meaning the meeting that the council (Dumfries Common Good Committee) said that they would arrange to have with the club and the trust? If so then there has been no meeting which involved the Trust and no contact that I know of has yet been made with the Trust regarding this.

I myself have had a meeting with the club (but was not representing the trust) with regards to the list that I had made of some ideas that may help improve attendances. some trust topics were discussed.

Good the hear you've met the club and discussed your excellent ideas
Hopefully they've agreed to at least some of them
Encouraging new young supporters and the youngsters back who no longer attend is a must
Like the idea of giving them more than just their season ticket new season .
Discount at the club shop , their own Junior Blue t-shirt or top , Queens flag that could be brought to all games , competitions etc etc .
Maybe some of the companies who sponsor Queens could also help sponsor the JB's next season !?!

The club could always go down the route of ex - director Mark Robertson who got rid of all the old
stock in the club shop by hiring the Bakers' Dozen shop in the High Street and getting volunteer
fans to sell it to Joe Public. With Joma now kicked into touch there should be some surplus kit in
the shop to either sell cheaply or give to Junior Blues on joining

the 3 year deal with Joma agreed last time should never of happened

Like I've said earlier , let's hope we can get somebody to sponsor the JB's next season so they can get some extras with their season ticket . Let's make them what to join
