Pretty much agree wi that Pass , since the disaster there , I've only been to watch the Reds once , an evening game about 6 yrs ago , we won , but deep down , i felt uncomfortable being in the Leppings Lane End , it's a poor ground these days , decaying fast , during the Euros theer , i had tickets for Portugal v Croatia great match ) Portugal v Denmark , another god game , sum people were painting over the turnstyles as we we were going in , that ground needs flattening , it's a death trap, no offence towards anyone at the disaster there , i won't be going there next season , even if invited for free .

I wonder what their fans (of Portugal, Croatia, & Denmark) thought about Pigswillsbrough stadium eh Roma, during Euro '96.
As for the game that we won there, was it the 0-1 win thanks to a cracking winning goal from Jamal CR ?.![]()

I will ev my say on this , don't particularly want to , sometimes feelings one way or another get heated , everybody has an opinion whether you like it or not , no need to be falling out .
I dont have any so called cards Animal, and I didnt even say/post the phrase 'true colours' about them. These sort of things do get taken in the wrong context these days, dont they eh!!.
I WAS actually replying to and agreeing with Roma when he posted this... " Remember them and their behaviour , got English Clubs banned from European Competition's , Imagine the outcry if this happened to them , "
Are we not allowed to even think this anymore (let alone post it on a public message board), about Liverpool Fc and their fans ?.![]()
You can post whatever you like about Liverpool fans for me , however it would appear you don't particularly like getting challenged on those views especially when it comes to facts that have emerged from official inquiries .
We've of course had this before on different topics over years when your views are challenged .
The facts challenge your stereotypical view of Liverpool fans .
Having crossed the border in to west yorkshire to earn a crust the view of my fellow workmates about people from Barnsley is that we are racist , xenophobic , homophobic , have extremely violent fans and none of us have worked a day in our lives since the last pit closed .
Do you think that is a fair portrayal of the people of this town ?
What are you on about here eh kid, what exactly do you want me to say/post on this subject ?.
Like I posted earlier on today on another thread, surely we shouldnt make the mistake of taking what some fans in West Yorkshire for example, are what everybody else thinks. And this is whether they're local or from up and down the country as well!.![]()
You might want to consider that there's barely the width of a fag paper separating people from this town and Liverpool .
Both are massive working class areas with huge socialist voters and we were both targeted by the Thatcher government to be sorted out and stamped in to the ground .
We both fought back with everything we had and didn't back down an inch before we were overcome .
If I ever wanted a group of people behind me fighting for what they believed in the scousers would be high on my list .
