He has been absent lately but, to be fair, his particular branch of God-botherers get a bit busy this time of year. The cheeky sods think Christmas is all about them and their imaginary friend.

Just watched the Mattock sending off again. I think Toney has watched a lot of WWF. He throws himself backwards in spectacular fashion without any significant impact. Ridiculous for Mattock to put himself in that position though.

So in just over half a match since his return Mr Wood paved the way for the winner at Shrews and scored two today with a little help from a defender. Instant impact after six weeks out.

Causes havoc in the opposition penalty area and puts the opposition on the back foot.

Club captain, leads by example and we pick up a lot more points when he plays
It's no coincidence that our form has improved since he has returned

Other teams in League 1 should be aware, we haven't peaked, hit top form or hit any consistency....YET.
Move a couple out and bring a couple in come January and we're good to go....
