O/T Cryptic Quiz Number 10 - Food Anagrams

My problem is sometimes looking at them as a cryptic clue.

Have a great time in Turkey Ericslad and thanks for the quizzes. I must suffer from anagram dyslexia because there were at least 3 answers that hadn't been got where I thought of the food but looked and couldn't see the anagram.
