Poor passing is not down to coaching you can coach people to be aware and see the pass and the options available but when the player has obviously seen the options, not being able to carry out the simple pass is down to the player .
My work mates have taken to calling us Rotherham Nil. Doesn't look like it's going to change any time soon. This will probably be the most under welming derby match ever.
Still, were there's chance, there's hope. We may pull of the big escape yet.
I would not sack him, I thought he ought to have had someone in to guide & show him the ropes, when he got the job, to which I posted at the time, the someone I posted was John Ward, a seasoned manager.
sorry to say the club have not learned from the mistakes made, last time in the championship.
Never been a big fan of PW but you have to take your hat off to what he's done. This time, like 2yrs ago, it's down to TS and the bank balance.
I've followed the Millers since 1962/3 and for once in my life i'm considering just not bothering anymore. If the powers that be can't be ars*d then why should i spend my pension money on a season ticket?? I'll just go to the "big matches" if the weather is ok.
Totall p*ssed off with the whole situation.........
If we don't win at the Pig sty, then any remaining resistance will collapse and the season will peter out. Then PW and TS will come out with all the well worn excuses .......injuries, bad luck and dodgy decisions, no real reason like what made us play so poor again....
Vassell, Tilt and Robertson.... three Blackpool donkeys or what!
I bet those at Blackpool laughed until it hurt, offloading those three to us.
Don't think I've ever seen Tilt play.
