Thought the EFL were suppose to make sure this sort of thing wouldn't happen anymore???

As for DCFCA...what a card he is
Ay up Rev, DCFCA? when we go on a decent run, he's nowhere to be seen. Lose a game and he's all over the forum slagging off all and sundry. Never one to hold back on dodgy comments either. Believes facts only spoil a good rant.

As for your lot, I told you you'd be safe and it's looking like I was right.

Well I would have agreed with you a few weeks back MA but with Burnley taking 7pts out of a possible 9pts we are now back in the relegation mix.

Will be gutted if we do go down but hey ho much worse things happening in the world.

Burnley might be on the up but I'm sure Frank's Toffees will do their level best to keep you safe

Rev, this might seem strange coming from someone who grew up on the Lancashire side of the Pennines before moving to Derby many years ago and has thus known only rivalry with Leeds...but I think the days of ‘dirty Leeds’ have gone and, after the cynicism on show from Lampard’s Everton yesterday, I honestly think that your lot are the most deserving to stay up.

DCFCA, do us all a favour, either just stay away with your bile that only ever comes out when something is wrong OR also post in a positive vein when things have gone right...... and make sure any "facts" you post are correct. Your claim that "QPR got zero punishment for their rule breaking and ffp stuff" is 100% false.
Tbf, MA...it’s not just DCFCA, who makes some reasonable points but then appears to rapidly lose the plot.
At the moment the forum just seems to be dominated by rival halfwits including the resident one who appears to resent those who can actually read, think and spell.
It’s our turn to be in the firing line from other clubs, I appreciate that...but personally I can’t be bothered at the moment given the standard of posts and the apparent lack of a moderator.

We appear to be more in the firing line from "our own" - albeit that I disown the likes of DCFCA

I see the HMRC debt has now risen to 36 million - presumably because we havent been paying them payroll deductions since the first administrators report? (Administrators 2nd Progress Report (all 86 pages of it) is on file at Companies House if anyone cares to look).

Administrators cost are now excess of 2 million (at 21-03) and legal another 1 million. Looks like the lawyers involved in the appeal against the initial 12 point penalty for entering administration cost about 335,000. Seems a lot when it seems a pretty clear cut rule/penalty.

3.75 million raised by player sales

£ 266 received in donations - and here was me thinking the fans had put their hands in their pockets to help out!!

The fans have ‘put their hands in their pockets’ at an average of around 27,000 x £30 many times, GP...and at a time when they could have deserted in droves.
I would have thought the size of the Morris inherited debt is too enormous for ‘fans fund raising’ to have any impact.
I have no idea whether the administrators’ costs etc are realistic or not. Seems enormously excessive to me but it’s your world not mind...what do you think?

    Taken from today's Derby Telegraph:
In an Administrator's progress report posted yesterday [Thursday] Quantuma confirmed the preferred bidder status of Kirchner.
The report also showed MSD Holdings have lent a further £3.5m to 'facilitate the continuation of trade during the Administration Period' taking the total owed to £24m.
Commenting on the latest report on Twitter, football finance expert Kieran Maguire says the HMRC total claim against the club is £36m, up from £28m, and administration costs are "substantially" higher than original estimates. He adds that factoring in legal and other expenses the total is looking at £3.5-£4m.

I actually don't give a scabid rats arse what self proclaimed football finance expert Maguire says: just read the report! He is the classic "in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king" person
