Delighted we got out of that with a point.
Overall, I think we deserved a point.
We definitely got done by Killie's HT subs. Goodwin caught cold there. But he made the changes to retrieve a draw from the jaws of a defeat.

Coming from 2 behind is a very good outcome away on the plastic
That's a huge point in the circumstances too, it keeps Killie winless and adds pressure to them instead, we also still have a game in hand over a few sides
Seems like that bicycle kick out of nowhere gave them a huge lift and we lost our way for a spell
Would have taken a point before the game
You saw the trolls circling the thread as soon as we went behind, get it up you

I'm not one to come on here and play the blame game about the manager or players when we are losing a game but some are...its usually out of anger because they are hurting and bothered that our team are losing and looking for someone to blame but your last sentence is an embarrassment and sums up some of the dickish things you say about our fans.
Not really, the poster Utd83 only really posts on threads when we are losing, Dunfermline away in March and just about goodwin, so it's not about our fans, about a troll imo, there are a couple others that are blatant trolls accounts, I stand by my last sentence on the quoted post, nothing against you
I wonder if that's our latest ever goal?
Sounded like there was fair parts of the game where we perhaps were the better side.
On the other hand going from 1-0 up to 3-1 down in 17 minutes is concerning, was Goodwin standing scratching his baws while this was happening? At least he eventually changed it though.
Would have taken a point before at that place. Great that we came back and it feels more like a win.
JG is growing in the role, comes over very well, made good effective signings last season, and again this season.
Unbeaten in 8, so rightly reluctant to change much, narrow defeats in 2, so he did mix it up today and got a good point away, especially after being 2 goals down with 10 mins to play. Gambled with the changes and got a deserved draw. Keeps the early season momentum going, tucked into the top 6. Long way to go, but better than most would have predicted.
It's a difficult run of fixtures too
After beating both Saints at home in August our only home game till Oct 19th was Rangers
So the run looked like
Hearts (a)
Rangers (h)
Motherwell (a)
Kilmarnock (a)
St Mirren (a)
Our only league defeat remains a narrow one to Rangers that we could have got something from really
2 defeats in 8 competitive fixtures Vs top flight opponents when you add in cup and that was a stoppage time pen
I like how competitive we are with plenty options, even should we get an injury or two, I'll take that all season first one back after the shambles of 22/23
You had us written off It’s never over until it’s over. 🖤🧡
Still on the road but after the changes were made I thought we cld get something from the game. More direct. Only criticism about them for me is they should have been done a bit earlier.
I thought we really struggled especially 2nd half to deal with balls into our box which should be our bread and butter given the size of the 3 at the back.
Fair play to JG and the boys never gave up and it’s a great point.
Another box ticked, went behind away from home just Friday, got back into it before the pen, today go 2 behind after being in front on the plastic and get back into it
More often than not that is game over for us in recent years but adds belief to everyone that all isn't lost in that situation now
