I heard from a contact involved with Forest youth set-up that Osong returning to the club over an injury is not the whole story, add to that and the comment from someone about the three lads in the stand today and the circumstantial evidence that the management team and players are not connected grows. TS must know this, he won?t just get his information from his buddy, we aren?t going to change 6 or 7 players to find ones better or ones than Evan?s gets on with. These players with a few changes is all we have to save our L1 status, the change has to come in the managers office or TS needs to really back Evan?s in the window. I don?t believe he will do the latter so he really only has one decision to make, if he wants things to improve.
Regarding Nombe he really puts in a shift he tracks back and supports his defence, he has 4 assists and 4 goals in this team that isn?t bad. His fee is not his fault at least he turns up, same with Powell, rafferty, Odoffin, jules and James. We have the basis of a decent squad but the leadership is a joke both in the dugout and in the board room.

Hungbo he's lightweight not a winger end his loan. James another on the left same Bramall at least when he gets forward he still does with some purpose I know his crossing doesn't always come off but give me a player who can keep getting up & down anytime.

With the contract situation with the keepers can't see any changes there till the summer. Centre backs Odoffin who keeps fit makes him 1st choice there. Rest depends whose fit Jules got that mistake in him seems to be in most games. Midfield need 2 in to replace Kelly & Mcwilliams. Wilkes can go back as well need a legitimate wide right player. Loan Hugill out get a fit target man forward in not past his sell by date our other forwards including McGuckin would benefit from that.

No doubt about it we were well second best yesterday apart from around 20 minutes in the first half and a flurry at the end of the game.

Stockport played the ball out well from the back had players who showed for the ball in the middle of the park and moved it quickly through midfield and out wide, We relied on the long ball mainly from the goalkeeper to a target man that doesn't exist or occasionally flicks it on to nobody.

Our team is made up of has beens, never beens and hopefuls. The goalkeepers are bang average at best. Thought Phillips did ok yesterday. Rafferty and James have no impact going forward and James is too easily beaten. Jules and Odoffin blocked well yesterday but are so suspect to pace over the top. The midfield two of Kelly and Powell were overrun and as said by many need another body in there. To play four attacking players is just plain crazy, especially when three of them do no closing down whatsoever. Wilks is a luxury and it looks like Green is also. You might be able to have one in a good side but not in this one. Hungbo looks like a young kid trying to play with the big lads in the playground. A long way off imo. Nombe needs to play at the side of a decent striker to see him at his best. Unfortunately JCH is long past that.

I think there will be four teams worse than us but the style, management, tactics and players we have now will only put off the inevitable if we stick to what we have got. A masiive change all round is needed.

Thought he had a stinker yesterday though I think when played as holding midfield. Offers himself for the ball and gives the defence a out option. As shown in the cup games. Offers more than Kelly Think he was asked to play behind the strikers yesterday.

Talking to a Stockport County fan yesterday on Rotherham Station, he & his daughter live in Wakefield.
He said, we are poor in midfield, with no direction, I said Stockport deserved all 3 points yesterday.
We need a attacking midfielder a Grealush type.
Simular to Pritchard ex-Sunderland now playing in Turkey

Posh also tried to offload him in the January transfer window for a fee and failed to do so.
