I remember when PW was our manager roly, and we had lots of injuries that were hamstring and groin related. More than a few on here thought it was PW's training methods that were causing them as he was a fitness coach, but every manager we've had since, has also had lots of these kind of injuries also, and I think it's derbymiller who has said a few times that this needs investigating as to why. Doncaster looked a decent side to me, and with a bit more composure when they attacked, would have probably won more comfortably, plus they also defended really well, and I think that on that showing they could well be around the play off places come may, but it's early doors yet. I would have started with Kelly yesterday, he sits in front of defence and protects us more, which was needed yesterday, and also knits our defence and attacking midfield together nicely. Martha was frustrating to me, getting in good areas but then trying to do too much instead of playing to someone in space. However, I'm not too down about the result. the best team won without a doubt, but I didn't think we played that poorly, and there are things to work on. UTM

Kelly can't believe we're relying on him. Yearwood along with Benson waste of 2 signings. Give James Clarke a chance in midfield or play Hall there.

Quicker to & on the ball than the Millers, Donny were up for it.
3-0 at half time really..explain.. they hit the bar ..and .....what .they scored from there 1st attack on 26 mins ... after been dominant... then they got better up to half time ... 2nd half never really got in our half .. Rotherham more shots .. more corners .. ithink a draw at least for Rotherham was a fair result .I can see green shoots.. and cam Dawson has suddenly become enemy number 1 .why ?, what did he do wrong yesterday

Couldn't fault Dawson yesterday. Heard someone on Facebook knocking Rafferty but wide right he had no one to link with to take us forward there.

Do you believe there is a way back from MH? I don’t. Once a slide like this occurs, it is not arrested by the incumbent. He’s all fluff and nonsense. I also suspect he’s got little or no authority with the players given the lack of concern and fight.

The Rose Hill mob on here is a will no doubt rear their heads soon but this is destroying the club.
I come from Rawmarsh as well and I genuinely want MH to succeed but he is making simple mistakes, playing players out of position is one. He keeps hoping that the next signing is the one and not willing to change his plans to deal with the squad he has. Duncan did well in the cup last year why wasn’t he on the bench at Barnsley to replace raggett at least it is a CB in. CB position. Is it because he was an Evan’s find? Is that why Jules looks disinterested and not the player we saw before his injury last season because he connected with Evan’s over his family problems last season, speculation I know. MH wasted some of the budget recruiting too many midfielders and not prioritising the key areas of centre back and striker at the start of the summer.

For me he should be coming for the cross which led to their goal. It's a header right on the 6 yard line and not far from the centre of his goal. I know the ball is bending away from him slightly but from that passage of play he should at least be anticipating the cross coming in and punching it away. He just doesn't command his area and right now that isn't helping our makeshift defence. I have no confidence in him saving anything that he isn't expected to.

I'd like to see Ted Cann given a chance against Bolton. That said, I'm not expecting him to become our first choice any time soon.

Cam makes some excellent stops (Wigan save that Raggett finished off was a blinding save and in injury time at the end v Wigan he saved our bacon when Mullin was clean through) but why is he not coached to come off his line? I can't recall ever seeing a keeper with this flaw. He hoofs it far too often which infuriates fans so he gets some criticism there but he must be told to do this otherwise he wouldn't! Andy Warrington must see he doesn't come to collect or punch it and MH must be telling him to play it long. Sort it out chaps as he's not as bad as many seem to think but he's not being helped by the coaching/ tactics.

Was a cross we don't appear to be capable of not cutting inside swinging away from the keeper fault was not having a centre back defending it when it got there.

Nobody wants any manager to fail. Why would they? But when I see the nonsense going off at the moment, it?s clear to me it?s just a matter of time. It?s Redfern on repeat. All the theory and non of the application.
