We may have made several unsuccessful attempts already, behind the scenes, to land a Manager but Im beginning to wonder if anyone wants to come to us! I hope that the interview panel are telling prospective candidates that we beat Real Madrid and Bayern Munich 40 years ago! ��

Any " decent " prosective Manager , you`d think he could do some simple research ?

If it was me , I think I`d be aware of a few things by a quick analysis.

> The Scottish League is dominated by 2 Glasgow sides , who have the biggest supports ( Fanwise & Admin - wise )

> There are 3 other Clubs "bubbling " under those 2. Aberdeen , Hearts, Hibs.

> Both of those other two have a patchy history of form , and have been relegated on a regular basis.

> All the other teams in the League have tiny budgets. But every year one of them gets to punch above their weight.

> The difference between the current 3rd place side and Aberdeen is marginal, despite Aberdeen having fecked about ?

> Aberdeen are prepared to take a punt on briniging in Foreign talent , and seem to , eventually , have a Youth development programme in place. But it needs further development.

There you go. So all we need now is a Manager with something to prove , and a common sense idea of organising a team to win " stuff ".

This is the kind of comment that's really starting to grind my gears at the moment. "The silence is deafening" et cetera et cetera.

I get there's bit of excitement as we genuinely have no clue who'll come in but people are just so ridiculously impatient.

There's absolutely zero rush, we're ticking along just fine at the moment under Robsons care. Have faith that there will be no shortage in interest for this job. If the quality isn't there, lets not rush anything.

Lennon is definitely on the list and has been approached to see if he would be interested…as far as I know, he is.
Robson is in the driving seat though and that is a worry.
Another piece of information….Adi Hutter hasn’t been approached (been in contact with his agency ) and he is on the look out for a management job (done a couple of weeks ago).
