More than good enough, we missed him the next season, he will excel in the Prem, would be a huge loss to the current squad, make no mistake, very very important we do not let him go, would kill morale like I said before

Right now it's not, but in general, if any player ever wants to go, let them.
To add to this, our manager has just chosen Hearts over us. Butcher has in the past stated his admiration for Neilson and how he loved working for him, so it's only natural people may think he will want to go too.

Our new manager has a history of being well liked by his players and a reputation of a good man manager. Hopefully in his short time at the club he has created a good impression and players will want to play for him.

The lack of signings is the biggest concern but the circus we have been dragged in to is a factor in this but we we absolutely need to strengthen and that means holding on to our key players as well.

Agree with this. I think all we want are players 100% committed to UTD, if they aren't, then like RN, they should go.

Nothing to say Butch wants to go so more than happy he stays..

    Lol

From one of the biggest moaners on here.

It's Callum fkn Butcher ffs. I've read some pi5h on here over the years but "gutted" and "disaster" if he goes...... Jeezy Peeps.
Please explain how am I one of the biggest moaners on here? Go back through any of my posts I think you'll find I am very much a glass half full guy. Watch how we perform in any games he misses this season and then we can discuss his impact on the team. Or was last season not enough?

Dont know if he is one i would be happy to say goodbye to. He is one player who i was willing to give a chance to prove himself. If reports are correct he has lost weight and is looking fitter now, he has gone part way already. He will be one of our higher earners though so i really cant decide

Gerrard say's he is looking to add a striker,i sincerely hope its not in our direction. As Affshore say's on another thread we appear to be in limbo due to the never ending legal battles.

If we cannie bring coaches, assistants or players in we certainly cannie afford to lose anyone either especially Shankland. What really annoys me about all this is Hearts are spending on managers, assistants, advisers and an international goalkeeper.

Whatever the outcome of arbitration one thing should never be forgotten,Hearts have completely wrecked our pre-season plans and we were the innocent party who they dragged into all this nonsense.

Just to add to post 559,we were promoted months ago due to the pandemic.Any team going up to the top division in their country are normally one of the busiest club's in the transfer market in the summer.

We must be the first team in history with less than a fortnight to kick off who havnie been able to sign anybody.I suppose that's what the Bride of Chucky meant when she asked for sporting fairness for all.
