    As I often say, some people will only learn the hard way.
    We have learnt the hard way, 13 years of Tory government and Brexit. Even the PMs have been getting steadily worse although to be fair you couldn't get worse than Truss, the level of self denial (she did learn off Boris though) is amazing. As Elite said I would trust a Tory MP more than a party member, there are some decent Tory MPs but the party members who get a vote are actually scary to listen to. Talking of the past in your post should maybe be directed at them instead, they are stuck there.

    Trouble is Keir isn't exactly the best choice on the other hand but as others have said, the state of politics in the UK and the world over is on the whole not very inspiring.
