If we are 4 up on Saturday with 10 minutes to go then bring young Milai Perott on.
We might need him for the play off final.

What will you say if it turns out we do have a free agent keeper ready to come in?

Oven ready? Hope he's not a turkey and doesn't flap at crosses into the box.

Normally I say Slocs ain?t a bad back up but with possibly having the best keeper in the league it feels like an even bigger blow.
Not sure Brooks was the answer, none of the previous managers seemed to have a lot of faith in him. It feels a bit like the Sam Osbourne situation where some wanted to give a youth player a opportunity/ contract but ultimately they probably weren?t good enough.

We should have signed one earlier...But i suppose there are always those who are quite happy for us to be unable to field a strong bench and to have a calamity keeper as back up..

Why does Brookes get the grace of a dodgy defence when Stone walked into exactly the same?
Brooks did ok, but certainly didn?t look any better than what we had!

Stone was awful from day one, regardless of those in front of him.. I suppose now you will be saying we should have kept him...

My favourite are those who demand 2 quality players in every position, every season and an overall squad capable of handling the loss of key players regardless of cost, club finances. It?s not realistic in the slightest but fair play their unsustainable and finically reckless approach would definitely give us a better chance of promotion each season
