Agree Scum. We need a brute of a centre half or a brute of a goalie to replace flapper Dawson who keeps his place because he?s a top earner.Pity the back up keeper is rubbish ( bad choice there MR Warrington ?).

No, the bad choice is Warrington himself. Another ex player and cheap option.

No, the bad choice is Dawson. Nothing wrong with Cann, been perfectly ok when played, did not make the simple errors Dawson regularly makes. Look at saturday game, prime example.

The own goal was the ref?s fault not Dawson?s.

You can debt it all season long but Dawson is poor, a good shot stopper, but poor all round. He will be a top earner as well.

Another 1 of SE signings to go at the end of the season.

Why do you think Dawson is a top earner?

He might be one of the cheapest, that?s why he gets to be picked

Dawson isn't poor. We've had a lot of very good keepers who make him look poor by comparison. By L1 standards he's pretty middling.

Someone on here suggested there was a connection to TS (can't remember the rationale), so maybe that's why Cann has never had much of a chance.

It's maybe through his wallet and he insists on playing someone he's reportedly paying 10-12K a week?

Very likely along those lines... struggling to justify giving a chance to someone on little more than 'YTS' money when the other guy is on a L1 fortune.
