To watch my country truly go toe to toe with them at Wembley and only a diving header aff the line from a well deserved victory tells me that one or both teams they still have to face will give us a fair winner of Euro 2020.
I honestly think their cakewalk against Ukraine will work against them, they will be fresher true but they are not as good as they now think they are.
Its very dangerous when you start to believe the hype like us in 1978,mind you not many people will know this but Scotland went to Argentina in 1977 to play a friendly against the future World Champions i watched it in black and white at god knows what time but it was a 1-1 draw and we were FN brilliant.

Check oot their team above OYF.

    Two good teams tonight.

Interesting game tomorrow night. Engerland were pretty impressive the other night. Kinda feel Denmark will have to score 1st goal if they are to unsettle England and get past them.

If they beat Denmark, they will be facing a right good team in the final. Home advantage right enough. But I reckon Italy should turn them over in the final. Not a done deal by any measure though.

They are building themselves up for a massive fall, bigger than 1990 and Euro 96 and i think its coming. It could be a media hijack like when the Prince died, sombre music etc taking over all the EBC channels including the airwaves,Gaelic and EBC Scotland channels.

If I'm Luis Enrique tonight I'm asking myself how the boy Oyarzabal can't score a header into an open goal.

The Italians were outplayed tonight and they'll know it but they do have an incredible spirit. And a lot of talent. Hopefully Chiesa's ok. C'mon Denmark.

I agree with you 100% mate and in fairness to football i have already admitted i would accept the ootdoor facility renovation cancellation BUT i still think the Italian insurance policy is better for a pain free 50 years for my bairns because Espana would have played England aff the pitch and still lost the final.
They just never had that striker to win it which is a pity because they are still a wonderful football team that i could watch all night.

This. If it wasn’t for the potential of THEM in the Final, I’d have taken Spain as worthy winners tonight, no question. But currently needs must and 100% we need The Italian Job on Sunday. Preferably I want Denmark to win the whole thing for a multitude of reasons but if it’s a decent insurance policy you need for Sunday then Italy’s what you want. Even though their army have tanks with one forward gear and five reverse.

I would have appreciated it more if Ferdinand had told the truth and said,"We are fresher than them and have home advantage for almost the whole neutral tournament."
I also would have respected him more if he had admitted,"We have played lower ranked teams in our half of the draw whereas they have been kicking the shyte oot O each another in the Big Team side".FACT.

How ironic is it that the only sensible pundit there is a German.

Yep agree. And also Italy have what Spain dont, players that will shoot from outside the box.
