If that Tweet is true that his price increases after a number of appearances.
I know I always come across on here as a Kerr Smith superfan, but this kid is going to be a big star in football (if he keeps his head on straight)

I think its when you look at Neilson at 17 - tipped to also have a good career and has had EPL interest. He came in a looked decent with some areas to improve.
Smith came in at 16 and I'll be honest I didn't see too many weaknesses in his game, apart from the obvious things you'd expect from a 16 year old in terms of physique etc. His first touch, ability to pass, range of pass, pace, defensive movement and decision making appear to be miles ahead of what you'd expect someone of his age to have.
We shouldn't get ahead of ourselves as we've seen it all before with youngsters that get over hyped too soon, but it is no coincidence that so many teams have shown an interest in him.
We did mate. Hopefully TC sets us up better in these matches than MM did in the games against lower league teams last season. It was a real blip on his record for me. Can't think of one good performance in any of the Betfred or SC games where we played lower league.
Actually Brechin 6-2, but anyone who watched that will tell you it was nae easy viewing.
It's one of those things, yes we'd like signings in asap, but the current squad should win that group. So its not about treating it like pre-season or not, the reality is that it sort of is pre-season but it also is very important. Definitely a bit of both. Most important thing is that we progress and then kick on to that first game of the season at Aberdeen.
New signings can come in all the way up to the end of August. So if it takes time then fair enough, but as long as we get through the games that come around with the current squad that is all that matters. In terms of a full league season, we need at least 3 additions to the current squad before we are starting to feel better about our Top 6 chances I'd say.
Not a transfer rumour but still:
DUNDEE UNITED are set to announce Chris Docherty, a former analyst and scout with Croatian giants Hajduk Split, as the club’s new head of tactical performance.
The 29-year-old will start work at the Tannadice club tomorrow after spending three years in the Balkans, where he was a technical consultant for the Croatian Football Federation in addition to his role with Hajduk.

Docherty’s position at United was previously held by new head coach Tam Courts.
However his duties will be different from those of his predecessor as the Tangerines plan to expand the remit of the post.
Docherty will be responsible for tactical analysis at first team level and scouting the club’s opponents.
His role will also involve working closely with the Tannadice outfit’s academy as they look to integrate more players into the first team.
The Terrors are looking to move away from the traditional managerial figurehead model used in Britain, favouring a more continental approach with their coaching set-up.
Prior to his spell in Croatian football, Docherty was a coach and analyst with the SFA’s Performance Schools.
He then spent time working in China as head of coaching for Xi Guan.
That was followed by a teaching spell at Real Madrid’s University, where he created and delivered courses on coaching, technical and executive roles in football.
