A point on that awful surface, is something. Good to see goals scored but the defending from crosses was a bit shaky. Still think a back four could see the ills, cured. 442 imo gives you a good base to start from and no big spaces opening up for the opposition to exploit.

Having to throw the kitchen sink at it was needed but that is a number of games now where we haven't started well (Rangers) or taken the lead (Killie) and built on it. Its about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Hopefully we turn over St Mirren for another away victory like Tynecastle.

    Exactly, that’s a shocking decision!!
We were in control after a decent first half, the boy then scores a worldly, then they get a break with the second (basically an attacker deflection). Thought it was cruel on us, then they get that dubious third! In years/teams gone by, we fold from then on, but we didn’t, made the subs, then fought back into the game (that was pleasing to see), and once we got the second, thought we were capable of nicking the draw, which overall, felt we deserved! A point on the road is not to be sneezed at, especially down there. We go again next week, and the team should remain positive and upbeat about taking something from next week too. However, need to be more switched on for the FULL 90mins.

I can't see the ball in those pics. That makes the difference.

I've seen a wider lens pic since that post. Two Killie players offside IMO

Seems like we had an ar5e collapse for 20 minutes but showed grit and character to fight back and get the draw. A match we would have lost with the last Prem group of players.
Some pressure on big Ross to convert the pen but you wouldn't have known it 🧡
Sooner these surfaces are away the better, it's giving home teams an unfair advantage and it's time the SPFL regulated against it.

Surface is crap, their second goal is not the kind of goal you see often outside of those surfaces, big advantage for these teams

Had been unfair ever since the pathetic Dunfermline one which saw them finish 6th 5th 4th in consecutive years, Falkirk, Accies, Killie and Livi have all benefitted in the top flight at others expense over the years

Have they not been banned from next year? That's what I thought I'd read anyway

Maybe, I just thought Killie were changing voluntarily.

I brought this up on here ages ago,Killie are switching to grass voluntarily at the end of this season. My complaint was why then did Doncaster and his cronies give a TWO year grace period for plastic pitches before they are banned?.What this means is IF Raith,Falkirk or any others with a plastic pitch are promoted they will be allowed to keep their pitch for one more season.
