This scoreline, and being down to ten men, just shows how thin on the ground we are for players. If we are serious about promotion, then attitudes and planning really need revision. We urgently require more depth within the squad. Walsall is looming and we are under resourced.

Absolute nonsense. We had them in a position to go on and win the game, but our tactics were insane. They were obviously a threat winning the ball off us high, but extremely vulnerable to quick counter attacks and balls into the box. Our tactics for the second half would?ve been easy for a 12 year old on a computer game - sit deep, stay solid, forget about possession and look to hit them on the counter. As it was, we managed to concede from trying to pass the ball out from the back at about the fif****th attempt. If a manager can?t work out what he should?ve been doing for that second half, he?s got no chance, that was as obvious as it gets.
