Changing the manager now would be a very difficult thing to do but, it is becoming obvious that MH is totally out of his depth. Recruitment, shape, tactics and authority are clearly missing.
So what does TS do? Sit back and let the car crash happen or intervene? The next set of fixtures are coming thick and fast. I cant see a point, never mind a win.
Adding to that, Id be surprised if TS will sanction any further spending based on the dross MH and RS has brought in.
The transfer window makes he chairmans job very difficult nowadays. He either pulls the trigger now or he has to ride it out. For me, he would be gone as there are zero signs of a clear way forward.
