I almost agree with Laddo. God help me. Yes, Ardley should have been sacked after Swindon game. No, he shouldn't be sacked now as it's pointless. When he fails to get us promoted this season he should go when his contact expires or as soon as Notts get someone better is in place. To be honest, if we get promoted he should still go.

When did I say 3 seasons minimum? You've made that up, a worrying trend.

I'd like Notts to get near to the 14 month league average to start with. Since 2000 out average tenure is less than half that!

Let's start with one full season before we start thinking about 2 or 3. Remember Davy the method employed by the club for the past 20 years simply hasn't worked, lots of wasted seasons in there.

Do you actually think he is a good manager?
If so why do you say if doesn't get us promotion this season he should go..?
By your own admission and your disciples admissions you feel NA has nothing to answer for..
So if hes a good manager , doing a great job why sack him.
Relegation and promotion do not tell the whole story of capabilities, circumstances play a part aswell.
According to you and your entourage NA has done nothing wrong.

The weirdest part isn't that he totally ignores the awful points return before Ardley was appointed that season. He wasn't responsible for any of that.

The weirdest part is he blames Ardley totally for the relegation yet doesn't blame the man who hand picked him, who tried to bring him earlier when Kewell was appointed and the same man who (wrongly) sacked his beloved Nolan after just a handful of games that season.

Anyone who can can separate the obvious direct link between Hardy and Ardley when it comes to blame is something very very special. If anyone follows that logic let me know.

Same as you blame everybody apart from him , Ardley accepted the job, knowing full well the situation., and relegated us . Wonder what Cambell felt like at Macclesfield then ??
