I don't think that the issue. Gates doesn't need the money. We are talking about a man of extraordinary influence and power...who it seems goes around unchallenged by the cap doffing mainstream media. On the BBC the other day Gates even referred to himself in the following " I and other medical experts". ...now this could be sloppy use of language but any journalist who was alert and not in awe of the man, should have said,..." can you clarify what you mean by that? Are you claiming you are a medical expert?' This was also the interview when he mentioned indemnifying the pharmaceuticals companies. Not a whisper from the journalist interviewing him. They should have put him under the microscope.
The key issue here is the 2nd biggest investor after America in the WHO, is Bill Gates. He has enormous clout. Critics of him are having their opinions removed by his mate Zuckerberg on Facebook.
This is a man of massive influence and we are not allowed to scrutinise him or criticise him.
His own family background might be a clue to where he is heading.
I honestly though the liberal left would come riding over the hills like the cavalry to at least apply some pressure on him. It's not happening.
There is evidence that as health systems and health of the population improve population growth slows. The theory (I think) is that as the chance survival of children improve the fewer children families have.
Of the 5 Continents, Africa has the worst health and fastest growing population.
Depends reallg where you see Gates going with this comment.
