How is it around your part of the world? I hear that parts of London are badly affected.
We're ok. 6 days in isolation with fam at the moment, trying to work as usual as well as home school our kid.

If the virus doesn't get us, we're gonna kill each other by the 14th day

Yeah, I don't think it helped that Londoners so used to carrying on in adversity - worked against us big time. All streets seem very quiet today. Our street has been great though - collected into community action groups, those that can get out getting shopping for each other, posting each others phone numbers through OAP letter boxes in case needed. Great support so good that this is bringing out the better part of people to cancel out the hoarders.

Best wishes to you and everyone on here.

The dog grooming shop my Daughters works in closed today until further notice. She's self employed and has jumped online to try to apply for help with rent, council tax and wages. Because she's never had to claim Before she could apply she needs to confirm her identity. To submit her ID via the .gov site she had to join a que...

Oldest son who works for emergency services at Northern General Hospital telephoned this morning to say, that one of the staff in the control room has been confirmed has having the coronavirus, this means all staff who have had contact with the person will have to self-isolate and be tested for the virus, my son and one other member already had clear results, after previous contact with patients with the coronavirus symptoms.

I've just been to the chemist on the Tanyard. Rhythm and Booze and Greggs are both open. What's all that about.

I told all my family from Sunday to stay away. I was supposed to be cooking my Mum and meal but decided it wasn't worth the risk. Both her and my Dad have had pneumonia previously so they can't afford to get this virus.

    Be safe everyone..
