If true, him getting literally kicked out of the team by opposition players does unfortunately sum up league two in ways I never expected.

The 'tackle' on Saturday was ridiculous yet the ref didn't even give a free kick

Unfortunately the officials are complicit. They have the power to stop these tackles, but choose not to use it. I said to my partner as we left the ground on Saturday that the ref was culpable in the injury as had he clamped down on some of the excessive tackles earlier it wouldn't have happened.Originally Posted by OchPie

If true, and with the ever increasing injury list, IMO it will cost us promotion, Referees are part to blame they have no interest in giving some protection to skillful players allowing the sh*t to be kicked out of them with out even a yellow, its time the standard of refereeing in League 1 & 2 was reviewed and up graded by the EFL
