Breaking Bad - is it worth watching

Missus says her mates at work recommended it. We've never seen it so don't know if it's worth getting or even what it's about - apparently it's akin to The Sopranos which we really enjoyed. Or should we just give it the swerve alltogether?

    Oh Christ yes!

In fact, I'm jealous if the fact you haven't watched it yet. It's the best TV series ever.

While The Sopranos was good, I think it's overrated. The Wire, Breaking Bad and The Shield are my top 3, but the order of which changes frequently.

We might give it a go so. What's the story is it still Series 1? Is it a crime gang, when/where's it based.

    It's finished as a series.

    It's all easily downloadable.

Aye it's outstanding. Best thing Ive seen since Lost (I know that wasnt everybody's cuppa tea but the first 2 series were brilliant).

If you d/l it get the mini-sodes as well if you can. Theyre well worth a watch on their own.

    Do it!

I got sick over everybody telling me to watch it so 2 weeks ago me and the girl did and we're loving it, we were up until 5am last Friday having 'just one more episode' and then another...

Still to be convinced that it's better than the Sheild, however. I'm assured once you've seen the climax of BB, you'll think it's better than the Shield.

Season 3 of BB is when it really starts to become quality, do stick with it.
