Kenny Shiels comes across as a wee bit mental but I think he's a great manager.
I wanted him for the Dons but McInnes seems to be doing alright so far.

Alright?????????????? FFS ye are second in the league and still in the LC and Cup in mid-January. FFS I imagine that's better than most Dons fans would have settled for at the start of the season.
I think they are trying to get rid of any kind of personality in football at all.
