But at some point last night, in my drunken stupor, I defrosted mince, so have decided to make a lasagne with a twist.
I'm going to make it with chilli, instead of the normal ragu. I have a Scotch Bonnet chilli that's needing used, and I have plenty of red jalapenos.
What I want to know is, do you think I should add kidney beans?

Sounds good, if you have any limejuice, put a dash on the top of the cheese. Melted cheddar with hot lime juice is excellent, only a dribble mind. Don't flood the phucker.

Aye, there's lime juice in there. I make a nice chilli but I don't think the kidney beans will go with the pasta sheets.Originally Posted by EastStand_Elite
I've already put the toilet roll in the fridge in preparation for tomorrow morning's jobby.

I think they'd go fine, put them at the last minute, or heat them on their own, gives a nice bite to them. Never tried chili lasagne, sounds a great idea actually

If I'm putting them in, I'll shove them in for a couple of minutes at the end.
You should give it a go, I'm only making a wee bit of lasagne and I'll leave the rest of the chilli for tomorrow's breakfast.
i bought chilli powder instead of curry powder during the week as a mistake.
tried unsuccesfully to turn it into a curry using all sorts of stuff.
another point is kebab threads should be banned on a friday, these should be kept strictly to a saturday or sunday so i can join in, have some respect for the sober kebabless folk.
Do you like garlic sauce with your kebab?Originally Posted by happytim
