    Aw man

    Currently living it up on the island of Anglesey, just been for a Chinese, half a duck, Vermicelli for main,afew beers before, a few more beers in the hotel bar after,overdosed on the food, had to come to my room to lie down. Greedy timmy basturt.

    What kind of Vermicelli? Was it Hoi Sin duck?

    It was full f pork beef chicken and prawns, not sure but i think it was called singapore vermicelli, the crispy dkuck with the pancakes and plum sauce was divine.

    Aye mate that's Singapore vermicelli. Aye Hoi Sin duck is excellent, did they shred it for you or did you have to do it yourself?

    They shredded it for me, then brought me extra pancakes. Had about a dozen, nae wunner i'm fu.
