I think most punters could win the 4th and even 3rd tier titles with the squad and backup that McCoist has available to him and yet he's getting paid ***dreds of thousands of pounds for doing a job he claims to love. Nice work if you can get it

I'm not sure what the problem is with a journalist giving his opinion on a manager, having been asked the question.

The Rangers fans are far too touchy.

Most folk think McCoist is better suited to Question of sport.

Even a 50% pay cut and "only" earning £410k per annum is waaaay over the top for his ability as a manager.
