the club did this/the company done that.

would be good if the likes of sally could have 2 headings, 1 under company, 1 under club and list what each did since administration.

then they could have the same 2 headings, club and company and list all employees past and present who worked for the company/club/whatever.

    cos im fekin confused.

I'm guessing things are quiet on the burd front reve, given your confused state and concern over a Rangers poster on a message board?

you are confused because you are thick as phuck, not because you are making a decent argument, hope that helps

all employees work for the company and the club as they are interconnected but seperate entities, the company runs and is the legal face of the club, company deals with buisiness and the club is what happens on the field, traditions, history etc

ps get your facts straight according to you we are a new club so have not gone through administration

ally is saying that the company is the legal persona of the club, implying the club is the main thing. So how can the company sell the club, isn't that like my car selling me

"all employees work for both company and club because they are interconnected but seperate entities"

ffs ally, thats a belter even by your standards.

so if one employee breaks the rules pre liquidation that must mean both the company and club broke the rules.

yep, as the company runs the club, however if the rules were broken prior to the oldco entering the liquidation process, the oldco bears responsability for fines etc
