would be good if the likes of sally could have 2 headings, 1 under company, 1 under club and list what each did since administration.
then they could have the same 2 headings, club and company and list all employees past and present who worked for the company/club/whatever.
cos im fekin confused.

you are confused because you are thick as phuck, not because you are making a decent argument, hope that helpsOriginally Posted by happytim
all employees work for the company and the club as they are interconnected but seperate entities, the company runs and is the legal face of the club, company deals with buisiness and the club is what happens on the field, traditions, history etc
ps get your facts straight according to you we are a new club so have not gone through administration
That's quite right, Super Ally, The Rangers have never once been in administration.
Glad you agree that The Rangers are a new football club with one trophy to their.
ally is saying that the company is the legal persona of the club, implying the club is the main thing. So how can the company sell the club, isn't that like my car selling me![]()
Ally is a confused soul.
"all employees work for both company and club because they are interconnected but seperate entities"
ffs ally, thats a belter even by your standards.
so if one employee breaks the rules pre liquidation that must mean both the company and club broke the rules.
Anither rinsing for SuperAlly![]()
learn to read dummy, just pointing out reves general stupidity, claiming we are a new club when he cant even get the argument straight in his headOriginally Posted by AGulfInClass

yep, as the company runs the club, however if the rules were broken prior to the oldco entering the liquidation process, the oldco bears responsability for fines etc
