SNP Government fiddling the Scottish justice system

Day off today, and I took in stuff from the Big Toon Coonsul on the telly. (I know I know I'm a sad bastart but bear with me)

It seems out esteemed junta are changing the definitions of crimes, particularly in assault where serious assaults are now downgraded to common assaults (16:00 onwards). Get your kettle on for reports of the serious assault rate dropping in SNP Scotland, but that's not my point.

My point is that this flies in the face of the junta's "tough" stance on sectarianism. In SNP Scotland, sing the wrong thing at a football match or say the wrong thing online in your in the jail. So the SNP can claim to have "cracked down" on sectarianism and filled jail cells with vacated by thugs who have committed serious assaults.
