    traore was granted a work permit for westham if he wants to go to everon he has to reapply in 4 months

    I hope your right mate but it's being reported by too many sources now and surely one of them would have picked up on it if that were the case.

    That is the rule. However I fear an agreement between us, Monaco and Everton. A couple of legal shenanigans and voila! Traore's a toffee.

    Don't think that's right mate. If he'd actually signed for us he could not join another club without applying for another work permit.

    But if he hasn't signed, and he's been granted a work permit, he can sign for anyone he wants.

    That's my understanding of the law anyway---and my avatar tells it like it is.
