    Somebody might what to remind him that we are not getting the results either, so all in all what are the suffering fans actually getting for their money ?

    our best performances are strangely in the second half, when the damage is usually already done!

    we need to switch on early doors imo.

    The thing is we are going to need performaces and results till the end of the season.And with this man at the helm im afraid its not going to happen.

    Because he is scared to play. Sit back, see how its going, oops, goal down, better try and fix this mess, too late. Blame the fans, try better next week. He gets a lot of dosh for that.

    In recent after match interviews he has taken to saying " the players need to realise they have to start taking their chances or they need to realise its about results and not performance" and other such nonsense.
    Take responsibility Sam you are paid to motivate and coach your players.If they don't get it right then YOU have to fix it, or go.
